Where does Dr Roebuck’s Ship?

Dr Roebuck’s currently ships within the United States, Australia and the EU. All international customers are responsible for paying their own VATs and duties.

When will my order ship?

Each package is picked and packed just for you, and most ship within 1-2 business days of placing your order. During the holiday rush, please allow for up to 4 days of processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from us (get excited!)

How can I track my order?

Log in to your account, and click on the order number in ‘Order History’ to check order status and tracking information.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please reach out to us at info@drroebucks.com.au if you need to make any changes to your order, though we cannot guarantee these changes.

Please note that we are unable to ship Express FedEx packages to P.O Boxes.

Will Dr Roebuck’s work for my skin type?

Our products are developed with love for the most sensitive of skin - we are dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic, paraben free, gluten free, sulfate and silicone free. Always try a test patch before introducing a new product into your regimen. 

When do your products expire?

Our products feature natural ingredients, which do expire, and we recommend you use our products within 6 months of opening. If you are unsure of when your product expires, email a picture of the batch code to info@drroebucks.com.au and we’ll look into it for you.

Is Dr Roebuck’s vegan, cruelty free, gluten free?

Dr Roebuck’s is proud to never test our products or ingredients on animals. Our products are gluten free and vegan, with the exception of our Tata Healing Mask–which is made with Sustainably Sourced Manuka Honey for it's healing properties. 

Can I use Dr Roebuck’s products while I’m pregnant?

We recommend speaking with your doctor to determine which products will work for you during pregnancy. Always try a test patch before introducing a new product into your regimen.
